DHIKR: REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH

THE BEST DHIKR

Our Beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu ‘alayhi wa  sallam has said that the best dhikr is:

 

LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH
MUHAMMAD UR RASULULLAH

None is to be worshipped but Allah
Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah

The ‘ulama (learned scholars) have recommended that we should recite this Kalima (Declaration of Muslim faith) at least a hundred times a day as follows:

Laa ilaaha Illallah (100 times)
Muhammad ur Rasulullah (once)
Sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam (once)

None is worthy of worship but Allah
Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah
may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him.
